Even during the pandemic Covid-19, OMSG-Officine Meccaniche San Giorgio has complete the installations of its shot blasting machines around the world.
Our technicians have recently installed a new Roller conveyor shotblast machine in Dammam (KSA-Saudi Arabia). The machine LAUCO 3015/16, with 16 high-performance patented turbines by OMSG, will treat: commercial sheets and profiles, special beams and welded steel construction. In a single passage, our machine can guarantee a finishing degree SA2½, in accordance with ISO 8501-1 standards.
The max dimension of the pieces are 3000 width x 1500 mm height. This machine is often used for the treatment of truck chassis (we have references in this sector in Italy, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Sweden, etc.)
