Next year OMSG Group (Officine Meccaniche San Giorgio + Carlo Banfi) will supply two high-tech shot blasting machines, to what will become one of the biggest and most important Foundry in Saudi Arabia and in whole GCC - Gulf Cooperation Council area.
First machine: wire mesh belt conveyor,1200 mm wide, equipped with 8 turbines x 30 Kw/each, patented by OMSG; second one will be a Carousel machine, with 8 hooks - 2.000 Kg/each, 4 turbines x 22 kw/each; working section of the machine is ø 2500 mm width x 2500 mm height.
Both machines have typical options for foundry sector (vibrating screens for the separation of the sand from the metallic abrasive, slag recovery belts, magnetic separators, special filters, by-pass for cleaning the abrasive in idle times, etc.).
