For several years, many National and International Companies, are switching to automation of the Surface treatment lines, removing off-line machines, installing new automatic shot blasting-painting lines. One of the latest example is our primary customer in Emila Romagna (Italy), who installed a new line (they already had one), consisting of a 1000x1600 mm Tunnel type shot blasting machine with n°8 patented OMSG turbines, a “power and free” overhead conveyor and a painting machine.
A semi-automatic blowing booth is installed downstream of the shot blasting machine.
