We are pleased to introduce a recent installation by OMSG-Officine Meccaniche San Giorgio, for a primary French customer, leader in the agricultural machinery sector (seed drills, rotary harrows, mowers, rotary tropper, tedders, etc.), which has inaugurated a new shot blasting-painting line at its São José dos Pinhais plant in Brazil.
The shotblast machine, equipped with 16 turbines patented by OMSG, is able to clean the pieces with a finishing degree of SA 2½ or higher, in a single cycle.
A manual blowing cabinet is installed at the end of the machine for the removal of the abrasive.
The piece then automatically goes to painting plant.
