OMSG Group is proud to announce the installation of a new very big shot blasting machine at the World Market Leader in the production of Magnetic Cores and laminations.
The machine has been installed in Dubai (UAE) .
The maximum dimensions of the piece that can be blasted are truly impressive: diameter 3000 mm, and height 5.800 mm. The machine is equipped with a couple of hoists , max load capacity 5.000 Kg/each.
The surface cleaning take place by means of the abrasive projected by n° 7 turbines patented by OMSG
Together with this large shot blasting machine, OMSG has also supplied a Tumblast steel belt conveyor shot blasting machine (Tappeto Rampante®), with load capacity of 600 dm3 and maximum weight of 2.000 kg
