OMSG was established in 1961 and since that time has proved itself to be a world leader in the design and manufacture of shot blast, shot-peening and machine systems.
The range of our products is very large and serves a several fields of industries including: foundries of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, steel structural works, aluminum die- castings, forge, draw-plates, galvanizing treatment, hot forming and cold, particular in the oil & gas, liquid and compressed gas cylinders, etc.
OMSG is present worldwide with more than 5,500 shot blast machines installed in 86 Countries. Thanks to its Commercial network and of the Aftersales service and spare parts warehouses, we can ensure a quick and timely service worldwide.
OMSG manufactures about 100-110 blast machines per year including: spinner hanger machines, shot blasting machines with roller conveyor, tumblast blast machines, Tappeto Rampante® either of rubber or steel, tunnelblast machines, Diabolo rollers machines, machines with wire mesh conveyor, continuous belt machines. 75% is bound for the export market.

OMSG Group acquires CARLO BANFI
In June 2017, OMSG Group acquired the historic Italian company CARLO BANFI, an important brand in the field of shot blast and shot peening machines.
CARLO BANFI designs and manufactures automatic shot blasting and shot-peening machines from 1938.
It is a well-known brand in the world, with more than 4,000 machines installed.
The group stands at the level of the Multinational company, consolidating its position in the worldwide field of surface treatment, and increasing its presence in commercial areas where CARLO BANFI is very popular.
For example: shot blasting machines for cast-iron foundries, steel, aluminum, for the treatment of wire and metal bars, coil wire, shot blasting for railways coaches, air-blasting machine for inside blasting of boiler, automatic shot blasting machine for liquid and compressed gas cylinders, etc.
