It talks about the latest generation of tunnel shot blast machine installed at Ideal System last August 2021.
The company's need was to increase productivity, solving a bottleneck upstream of the painting, and consequently improve the quality of the coating cycles offered (which combine cataphoresis, primers and powder finishes). To solve this problem, Ideal System from Gambettola city, has implemented an independent and autonomous mechanical surface preparation line, that includes a new generation automatic tunnel shot blasting machine supplied by OMSG-Officine Meccaniche San Giorgio SpA from Villa Cortese (Milan).
